We are expecting around 300 leaders in the industry to attend this September.  This event is 3 days filled with networking and educational opportunities.

Kevin O'Connor
Award Winning TV Host  |  Home Services Industry Expert

Award Winning TV Host  |  Home Services Industry Expert Kevin O'Connor
is the Emmy-award winning host of the PBS series This Old House and Ask This Old House and has been on the shows since 2003.  Kevin also hosted shows for Roku, the DIY network, and The History Channel. Kevin is the author of The Best Homes of This Old House, serves on the editorial board of This Old House Magazine, and hosted Clearstory, a top-ranked podcast.

Prior to his television career Kevin practiced finance and most recently was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America. Kevin received a B.A. degree in history from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA degree from Boston University. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three children.

This Old House, along with its sister show, Ask This Old House, has received 117 Emmy nominations and won 20 Emmys overall. In 2022 This Old House received a Lifetime Achievement Emmy and joins only two other series awarded with this honor – 60 Minutes and Sesame Street.

Speaker-Consultant-Author

​With a focus on relationship-building and communication, Courtney Ramsey helps leaders quit hitting snooze on the things that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
 
Courtney received her MBA and BBA from Texas A&M University and was part of the adjunct faculty at SMU’s Cox School of Business. She’s a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with the Society of Human Resource Management and Certified Training Professional (CPTD) with the Association for Talent Development.
 
As a wife and mom, her idea of a good time is true crime, a glass of wine, and being in bed by nine (Dateline is her favorite!).

​We are all in sales. Whether we’re business owners, line workers, technical experts, or salespeople, we all have an agenda to advance. Sales communications expert Roger Grannis is on a mission to simplify the sales process for everyone, whether their job title includes the word sales or not.
 
Roger knows what he’s talking about. With 30 years’ experience in sales and influential communications, Roger has a track record of increasing revenues, reducing turnover, and improving client satisfaction. His clients include GE, PepsiCo, Foot Locker, Royal Bank of Scotland, Wayne Fueling Systems, Vertex, Symantec, and UL Solutions.
 
Before launching GrannisGroup, in 2004, Roger spent seventeen years at Gartner, the world’s leading technology advisory firm. During his tenure, he built the firm’s Sales Training Academy, helping grow revenues from $32 million to $850 million.
 
Known for his energy, relatability, and humor, Roger is a TEDx speaker, the past president of the New England chapter of the National Speakers Association, and author of the book, The Yellow Cake Principle: Your Recipe for Influence and Success.

Lance Marcinek
​As co-founder and president of Vertical Payments, Lance is responsible for all sales, marketing and onboarding efforts. Prior to founding Vertical Payments in 2023, he was a sales director at CardConnect for 11 years building and managing a portfolio of 2000 merchants in North America.  He takes full ownership of his clients, provides education and a broad range of point-of-sale solutions to best meet their needs.  Assists each merchant with fraud prevention and how to prevent chargebacks before they happen.  He is a Chicago native and graduate of Western Illinois University. Lance enjoys muskie fishing and everything outdoors with family and friends.

Portable Storage Operator Tour

Mini Warehousing, Inc. is a family owned and operated company in business since 1976 & member of the National Portable Storage Association since 2007.  Join Owner, Brian Quick and his team on this complimentary tour of his facility and see first hand how one operator is able to lead the local market offering portable storage containers and accessories, customized modifications of all kinds, portable offices, on-site storage &  more.

Established in 1976 by the idea of how space is in ever increasing demand. Through excellent customer service and devotion to its customers, Mini Warehousing has slowly increased it's container fleet to over 4,000 units. To this day, Mini Warehousing is dedicated to providing it's customers with high quality containers, outstanding service and a place to store goods.

And, as the best of Boston unfolds before your eyes, your ConDUCKtors will be giving you lots of little known facts and interesting insights on this unique and wonderful city. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, your duck will splash right into the Charles River for a breathtaking waterside view of Boston and Cambridge.

​Join the Women of the NPSA for cocktails and mingling from 4:00 – 5:00. The event is sponsored by WillScot / Mobile Mini. It will be a chance to meet up with friends and make new ones. The event is in the hotel so we can easily move from the party to the busses for the evening reception.
