About Exhibiting

​The 2026 Trade Show will be held in Exhibit Hall E at the JW Marriott San Antonio.  Several meal functions will also be held in this exhibition hall.  10’x10’ booths will be available, and exhibitors may utilize table-top or full booth displays.  We will also make space available for larger equipment to include the outdoor patio.

2026 Exhibitor Pricing

BOOTH FEE:  Fees are based on the square footage of your booth and will include conference admission for one person, pipe & drape, signage, one 6’ draped table, two chairs and security.  Subletting of booths is not allowed.  Each exhibitor must register separately for their space.  Below is the preliminary schedule:​
