2025 Exhibitor Pricing

BOOTH FEE:  Fees are based on the square footage of your booth and will include conference admission for one person, pipe & drape, signage, one 6’ draped table, two chairs and security.  Subletting of booths is not allowed.  Each exhibitor must register separately for their space.

SHOW SERVICES: We have contracted with Freeman Exposition Services, Inc. for you to arrange for set-up and tear-down of your booth. This is union territory and union rules are in effect for all exhibitors. Freeman will make available a full Trade Show Kit to all registered exhibitors ninety days prior to the event. They will also provide shipping and storage information. They can assist on your audio-visual, furniture or electrical needs.

AT YOUR BOOTH: Service at your booth location. If you would like to have food and/or beverage at your booth location, please let us know and we will provide contact information for you to work direct with the Paris Hotel.

Paris Hotel Information: Our group rate is $179 per night. To book online, please click here or to make your reservation over the phone, call (877) 603-4389 and note that you are with the NPSA group or group code SPNAS5.  The NPSA room block will expire after March 13, 2025. After this date, our group rate will no longer be available and hotel room availability may be limited.

Cancellations/Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted at any time. Cancellations received after 3/13/25 are not eligible for refund.
